MediaCast


MediaCast is our in-house streaming service.    It includes…
  • educational videos
  • digitized versions of our school library videos (collection is in transition)
  • live TV (17 stations) - in building only; recording is available
  • live event streaming (special request)
  • teacher-created materials (You can upload materials to MediaCast.)
  • Use the Firefox browser to access file.
  • Your login is your “Active Directory” password.
  • Students login with their "Active Directory" password.


To watch a video, click the Title for more information then click the thumbnail player
to open the video.


Reservations: If you see this, it means that we have a limited license to that video.
 Just click "Reserve" to play the video.


“Media Tools” icon is the menu icon in the upper right corner of each video.  Most useful are...
  • Add to Favorites
  • URL Builder - to make a link to the resource.
  • Reservations - checks out the resource to you alone.
  • Snag a Segment - lets you mark a particular section of a video


Log out is under your name.  Please always log out when you are done viewing.
