How to get help for Technology?

As you work with your technology, you may find that you have a question or an issue that you would like assistance resolving. Who do you contact?

The help desk is open from 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. You can send a request via email to one of the email addresses below or you can call the help desk at 734-994-5040. Please use this handout on How to create a Help desk Ticket for further information.
