AAPS Printing Services Information

Starting in 2018, AAPS updated our printing/copying devices and implemented 
the "PaperCut" printing system. Here is some information to get you started, but 
if you need assistance, please contact the ITD HelpDesk 994-5040.

How do I get my badge associated with the copier?


How do I set up the Canon printers on my Apple computer?

How do I get toner for a printer?
 
Toner will ship automatically to the building. Check with the main office if
 toner has not yet arrived.

Whom do I tell if the printer is broken?

  You can notify your main office or call Applied Imaging directly 
with the machine #ID and a description of the problem.

What if I need to print to a older HP printer? 

Printing on an old HP printer is MUCH more expensive than printing to a 
Canon device, so please reserve them primarily for student use. If you must add an 
HP printer to your staff computer, the directions are linked here.
